This is the second time that my wife and I have worked with Tara to buy/sell our home. The approach that she followed as part of the Christine Cowern team was ideal for my wife and I, professional. The first thing she did was listen to what we needed and what we wanted. Then she made recommendations that would work for us around our individual needs. What I appreciated the most was Tara was always conscious of managing our expectations.
The management of expectations is what I liked the most about Tara’s service. It was one of the main reasons we returned to her and why we likely will do so again. She is not afraid to tell you what her opinions are, but she does not add any hype. We always got quick responses from her and her office, and never once felt like we were being left in limbo.
