X condos is located at 110 Charles Street south of Bloor Street in Toronto's Yorkville neighbourhood. Built in 2011 by Great Gulf Homes on the land of the former headquarter of the Metropolitan Toronto Police Department, this dark glass building was designed by Peter Clewes of Architects Alliance.The Units
X condos stands 44 storeys tall and houses 437 suites which feature 8 - 9 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, under mount sinks and fabulous views of the city! The building offers suites varying from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms plus den which range from 518 sqft to 1,660 sqft.
What We Love
We absolutley love that X Condos offers the often-overlooked feature of guest suites! This is an amazing little perk for when your condo unit might feel cramped when entertaining visitors. Guest suites basically consist of an extra bedroom and bathroom that can be rented out when needed.
What We Don't
This massive building has 44 floors which can be overwhelming at first for some.

The building's third floor is dedicated to amenities which include a media room, fitness room, library, dining room, an outdoor garden featuring a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ and outdoor gas fireplace, guest suites and 24 hour concierge.
