The Vibe:

A trendy urban locale, perfect for biking & walking!

The Character

The Brock Lofts are located off of Brock Street in the neighbourhood known as Roncesvalles Village. This community of residential streets is connected to the best boutique shops and small businesses, restaurants and bars. The two-storey, 24 loft warehouse conversion with a redbrick façade that is rustically urban & chic stays true to its historical roots. You can be sure to find many Polish restaurants and hosts an annual Polish Festival, creating a culturally rich and yet contemporary vibe. Young professionals tend to gravitate to this building as it has a phenomenal balance of work and play.

The Units

There is a wide range of sizes and layouts including some multi-level suites. The units feature spectacular elements such as 12 to 18-foot exposed wood ceilings, beautiful hardwood flooring, exposed brick and ductwork, and wood beam accents. With large windows and skylights in some units, the lofts enjoy a lot of natural lighting.

What We Love

Young professionals tend to gravitate to this area, which makes meeting like minded individuals quite easy. With a strip of restaurants and bars, the opportunities are endless.

What We Don't

Parking can be a challenge at times, but if you plan your day out accordingly, you may get lucky!

Features & Facilities

Lacking the bells and whistles of amenities that are common for a lot of loft condos however, there is a common rooftop deck with BBQs where entertaining friends and family could be very useful. There is a enter phone system, pets are allowed and easy access to public transit.

Within a 10 Minute Walk

Within a 10 minute walk, you can be sure to enjoy a long line up of restaurants, cafes, and bars, with convenient TTC service. Residents can walk down to Queen West to find many cool places like Gladstone and The Drake Hotels for live music or Revue Cinema for an evening at the movies. For a good dinner, be sure to try Electric Mud BBQ, The Tempered Room Parisian, Wrongbar that features indie shows and dance nights. For some fresh air you can easily walk down to High Park. Need some groceries? Stop off at FreshCo supermarket on Gladstone, as well as a countless number of independent markets.
