The Character
This 100+ year old red brick building, located in the prestigious neighbourhood of the Annex, features very large units compared to the majority of hard lofts in Toronto. With original fir beams, wood ceilings, exposed brick, 10 to 12 foot ceilings are the standard, some of the multi level lofts have ceiling heights soaring to 24 feet and some have spiral staircases. Keep mind, units are rarely offered however, they are so well worth every penny.
