Once upon a time, in the heart of Yorkville Village, there was a beautiful home that perfectly blended the sophistication of city living with the charm and privacy of a gorgeous storybook cottage. 26 Bishop Street has been beautifully renovated from top to bottom, an exceptional transformation with timeless style that will last far beyond […]
I cannot say enough good things about Tara Crooks, Managing Partner with the Christine Cowern Team. Selling my home during a very difficult economic time was extremely stressful, but Tara’s expertise, professionalism, and calm guidance made all the difference. She beautifully staged my home, which truly showcased it at its best, and she achieved a […]
Zero stress and record selling price. Christine and her team (Tara) are the best in the business, in my opinion. From reviewing the market for a period of time before Listing my property, to the process of collaboration on how to best showcase my home and establishment of the right price when going to Market, the […]
We have had the pleasure of working with Jolay for our house search. She took her time with us in explaining the process, answering our numerous questions and setting the right expectations. Jolay was never pushy and upheld her promise to work with our timeline. If there was anything that she could not answer immediately, […]

Her guidance is thoughtful, […]
Jolay was so great to work with and I’d highly recommend her to anyone! The process can feel overwhelming especially as a first-time buyer, but working with Jolay was actually enjoyable. She was also readily available. Whenever I had a question or needed to follow up on something, I heard back quickly. What I appreciated […]

What a wonderful experience from start to finish! As a first time homebuyer, I went in with very little knowledge of what to look for, but Ali made the whole process so much easier. At every viewing, she was honest, patient, and always pointed out things we wouldn’t have noticed ourselves. She was always on […]
Working with Christine was awesome. Extremely efficient and enthusiastic about real estate. Felt as though we were in good hands the entire way. We sold our condo townhouse after only a few weeks during a challenging time for the market (and for asking price!). Can’t say enough good things!
I had a great time working with Jolay!! She helped me find my new bachelorette pad in Guelph. I had a lot of questions and she was there to answer all of them. She knew what I was looking for and together we found my new place. Thanks for all your hard work Jolay.
The Christine Cowern Team have been a positive, wonderful experience for my first time home-buying. It was helpful having a team of members to work with so everything was seamless as possible for condo searching, coordinating with a mortgage broker and legal team. They also provided a list of contractors and movers they vouch for […]

Christine and her team handled a house sale for us in 2026. She was always available, responsive and quick to execute in a rapidly changing environment. The transaction closed in less time than we originally estimated. We were impressed and thankful for her hard work and client first mentality. Would highly recommend!
My parents worked closely with Jolay Williams on the sale of their home. Jolay was diligent and worked with them at their speed. This process was extremely new to them and she answered all of their questions and explained every step she took. I would definitely refer her the company again!
